Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate technological modes of production and formulations for products

• Ensure that internal procedures in the quality assurance department are changed in a timely manner when "Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekiston " Company standards and/or regulations of the RUz change

• Control the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities detected during inspections of state bodies of RUz and auditors of quality management systems, appointed by the "Company Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekiston"

• Provide management with an action plan to improve the quality management system and quality indicators planned for the current year

• To represent interests of JV "Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekiston, Ltd" in technical committees of State Standard at development of projects of normative documents concerning enterprise activity

• To represent the management in matters of ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of processes necessary for the quality management system

• Provide a report to the top management on the work of the quality management system and on any need to improve it

• Prepare proposals for improving quality control work, as well as improving regulatory documentation that establishes product quality requirements.

• Lead the employees of the quality assurance department

• Comply with food safety requirements and notify the Head of problems relating to the FSMS (Food Safety Management System)

• Comply with safety requirements and create a work environment for employees of the department

Requirements:

• Higher education in Chemical/Biological/Technical/Food Engineering,

  Work experience: At least 3 years in managerial position in QA department

  Skills and expertise:

• Quality management system standards.

• Regulatory and methodical documentation on technical preparation of production.

• Technological processes and production modes.

• Prospects for technical development of production.

• Methods of quality control and organization of research work.

• Company standards as well as government regulations for laboratory production control.

• Computer equipment and communication.

• Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

• Computer skills: Proficient user of Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP

  Languages: English (Upper Intermediate)
