UET Construction invites an experienced Site Construction Manager to lead Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all OHTL site construction activities (foundations, towers, stringing, earthing, testing & commissioning).

• Control schedule, manpower, and resources.

• Ensure compliance with AFC drawings, contract specs, and quality standards.

• Supervise subcontractors and site teams.

• Manage RFIs, FDCs, BOQ/MTO, and material coordination.

• Prepare site progress reports and lead meetings.

• Ensure HSE and quality requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience in HV OHTL/Substation projects.

• Strong knowledge of EPC projects and international standards (IEC, ISO, etc.).

• Leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
