Responsibilities

• Supervise morning shift operational activities to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Coordinate staff assignments, attendance, and operational schedules during the morning shift.
• Monitor guest services, operational standards, and department coordination.
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness during the shift.
• Prepare daily operational updates and shift handover reports.
• Support management in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of hotel operational procedures.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
