Responsibilities

• Supervise afternoon and evening operational activities to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Monitor staff performance, guest services, and operational workflow during the shift.
• Coordinate with all departments regarding guest requests and operational needs.
• Handle guest complaints, incidents, and operational challenges professionally.
• Ensure hotel operational standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are maintained.
• Conduct shift briefings and prepare operational handover reports.
• Support management in maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of hotel operational standards and guest service.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and disciplined attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
