Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval services.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely and handled responsibly.
• Maintain vehicle records, parking tickets, and valet documentation accurately.
• Assist guests with directions, transportation information, and parking inquiries.
• Coordinate with Security and Front Office regarding guest arrivals and departures.
• Monitor parking areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational order.
• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in valet or guest service is preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
