What we expect

• Determine needs for mechanized loading equipment, containers and manpower for receiving and moving materials
• Ensure compliance with standards for the organization of storage
• Ensure the maintenance of inventory and be financially responsible for failure to ensure the safety of inventory
• Bear responsibility for the property of the warehouse
• Participate in stocktaking of the Company assets
• Supervise the work on receipt, storage and issue of materials into account the most rational use of storage facilities and their distribution by loading areas
• Ensure efficient arrangement of raw materials by shelf life and access to any material
• Organize the work for the timely notification of the quality department
• Organize the rotation of raw materials, both within the warehouse and up to the production line, by following the rules of FIFO, FEFO and KORE
• Organize the storage of goods in the warehouse in accordance with permissible standards (as required by the GMP)
• Supervise the shipment of products to distributors in accordance with shelf life dates and in the development of measures to localize and eliminate their consequences

Qualifications

• Higher education
• Proficient user of MS Office, Excel.
• Knowledge of Russian, Uzbek languages at C1 level and English at least B2.
• Internal work regulations of the Company
• Warehouse management regulations
• Instructions and requirements for receipt, storage, issue and quality system
• Rules for handling warehouse measuring instruments and tools
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
