• Sales Target Execution: Based on the organization’s sales objectives and regional market conditions, conduct market research and gather customer needs to formulate and break down regional sales targets, and execute order planning, processing, shipment tracking, and receivables collection to ensure annual sales goals are met.
• Store Management: In line with overseas store management standards, comprehensively manage all stores in the assigned region by setting benchmarks and providing regular training, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
• Product & Channel Management: Take charge of regional product portfolio management by developing a product map and strategy to assist clients and stores in optimizing their product mix, focusing on key bestsellers, while also optimizing the layout and management of sales channels based on channel planning.
• Market Insights for Innovation: Utilize multiple channels to collect target customer needs and competitor information, conduct comprehensive analyses, and deliver professional recommendations to drive the development of innovative products.
• Marketing Activities: Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan, create bеnсhmаrk cases for replication and promotion, and drive retail shipment growth and brand influence.

• Assist the supervisor with other tasks.

• Fluent in Russian and Chinese for effective communication.
• Willing to travel frequently.
