Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution :
• Develop and implement strategic plan
• Analyse market trends and opportunities
• Operational Management :
• Manage budgets and resource
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build strong relationship with customers and partners
• Finance Performance:
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs

• Advanced communication skills, capable of handling intricate commercial, technical, and human-related problems, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
• A seasoned industry veteran with 15+ years of proven leadership experience in senior management roles.
• A deep-rooted commercial understanding, including extensive experience in P&L managing and improving financial performance.

Experience, Qualifications , Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable academic institution is highly desirable

Experience:

• 10~15+ years' experience in a tobacco industry and legal capacity.
• Proficiency in English, Russian and Uzbek is preferred

Work conditions 5 work days from 08.00 till 17.00, lunch 12.00-13.00
