• Prepare a 20-week long-term Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand and input it into the ERP system to run Material Requirements Planning (MRP);
• Prepare weekly and daily production plans, and supervise the production department to ensure daily plan achievement;
• Conduct weekly company-level planning and coordination meetings, and output personnel requirements, capacity requirements, and work calendars for the next 4 weeks;
• Collect and analyze production data to evaluate production capacity and ensure a balance between capacity and efficiency;
• Monitor the execution of the production plan, assist in communicating and resolving bottlenecks that may affect production progress across departments, and provide feedback to ensure smooth production and timely completion of the production plan;
• Develop and issue reasonable delivery plans to ensure timely order fulfillment and meet customer requirements;
• Responsible for new project introduction, tracking material arrivals, monitoring the production process, overseeing product packaging, managing finished product transportation (including monitoring transportation suppliers and third-party warehouse management), and ensuring on-time delivery of finished products;

• End of Production (EOP) control.

• Proficient in using ERP, WMS, MES, and Office software;
• Familiar with common tools for production and material planning such as MRP, MPS, and capacity planning;
• Knowledgeable in IATF/16949, QIBS, and ISO standards;
• College degree or above, preferably in logistics management or related fields;
• More than 3 years of relevant production planning experience, preferably in the automotive or auto parts industry.
• The workplace is located in Jizzakh city.
