生产计划工程师-Production Planning Engineer

职责:

• 1. 根据客户需求，编制20周长期生产计划MPS，放入ERP运行MRP

  2. 编制生产周计划、日计划，督导生产部每日计划达成

  3. 每周召开公司级别的计划协调会议，输出4周的人员需求，产能需求，工作日历

  4. 统计各项生产数据，分析各项产能，确保生产产能及效率的平衡

  5. 跟进生产计划执行情况，对各部门会影响到生产进度的瓶颈协助沟通、调整并反馈问题，确保生产顺利，按时完成生产计划

  6. 合理下达发货计划，确保订单及时到达客户端，满足客户需求

  8. 负责新项目导入，物料跟踪到货，生产过程监控，产品包装制作，成品运输管理（包含运输供应商监控，第三方仓库管理等工作），成品准时交付

  9. EOP管控

• Develop 20-week Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer requirements and run MRP in ERP system

• Prepare weekly/daily production plans and supervise daily plan achievement in production department

• Conduct weekly company-level planning coordination meetings to determine 4-week projections for staffing needs, capacity requirements, and work calendars

• Collect production data, analyze various capacity metrics, and ensure balance between production capacity and efficiency

• Monitor production plan execution, identify bottlenecks affecting schedule, facilitate cross-departmental communication for adjustments, and provide feedback to ensure on-time completion

• Develop rational shipment schedules to ensure timely order delivery meeting customer requirements

• Manage new project implementation including: material tracking, production process monitoring, packaging development, and finished goods logistics (including carrier supervision and 3PL warehouse management) to ensure on-time delivery

• EOP (End of Production) control

• 熟悉运用ERP, WMS, MES, OFFICE等工作软件；

• 熟知MRP, MPS, 产能规划等生产计划物料计划常用工具；

• 掌握IATF/16949、QIBS、ISO标准；

• 大专及以上学历，物流管理类相关专业优先；

• 3年以上相关生产计划工作经历，有汽车整车、汽车零部件等行业经验者优先；

• 洞察力；客户意识与结果导向；团队协作。

  Requirements:

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Strong stress tolerance

• Proficiency in ERP, WMS, MES, and MS Office systems

• Thorough knowledge of production planning tools (MRP, MPS, capacity planning)

• Working knowledge of IATF/16949, QIBS, and ISO standards

• Associate degree or higher (preferably in Logistics Management)

• Minimum 3 years production planning experience (automotive/auto parts experience preferred)

• Analytical skills, customer-focused with results orientation, team collaboration abilities.
