Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them upon arrival and departure.
• Open doors for guests and provide assistance with directions or general inquiries.
• Coordinate with Bellboy, Concierge, and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service.
• Assist guests with luggage handling when necessary.
• Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and security.
• Support guest transportation arrangements and taxi services.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide friendly customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and disciplined attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
