About the Role

ACWA Power is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to join the construction team for the Sazagan Project. The role will ensure that all civil works — including foundations, structural concrete and drainage — are executed in full compliance with design specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

You will be responsible for verifying quality on-site, supporting inspection and testing activities, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and the QA/QC department to ensure timely progress and adherence to HSE requirements.

As a Civil Inspector, you will:

• Inspect and verify all civil works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and codes.

• Conduct and witness material testing (concrete, compaction, density tests, etc.).

• Identify and report non-conformances; ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and daily logs.

• Monitor work progress and report delays or deviations to the Civil Manager.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

• Support documentation and handover activities for civil packages.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Inspector or QA/QC Engineer on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.

• Hands-on experience with earthworks, foundations, drainage, and concrete works.

• Knowledge of ACI, Eurocode, and relevant local standards.

• Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Uzbek (Russian is an advantage).

• Proficiency with MS Office, inspection databases, and surveying tools (total station, levels).

• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality and safety.
