Provide finance support in BAT's multi-million ($) capital acquisition project in a target entity operating in food processing industry:
• Represent the interests of the Investor among potential business partners;
• Develop a strategy and actions aimed at acquiring business contacts and negotiations with potential partners;
• Develop a list of target companies for cooperation, having previously compared them with the criteria of the preferred partner;
• Develop a list of target companies through preliminary meetings to assess their interest in cooperation;
• Provide timely support to the Project Manager, including preparation for meetings of the Project Management Council;
• Ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and adhered to, completed tasks are transferred to the business in a timely manner as a business process on an ongoing basis;
• Develop and maintain a project plan to reflect the required directional deliverables and accurately track progress - tasks, milestones, resources and results;
• Provide reports to Management on an ongoing basis;
• Interact with key finance managers, in particular with the Financial Director and Financial Project Manager
• Determine priorities for important project tasks;
