Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval services.
- Ensure vehicles are parked safely and handled responsibly.
- Maintain vehicle records, parking tickets, and valet documentation accurately.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation information, and parking inquiries.
- Coordinate with Security and Front Office regarding guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor parking areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational order.
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in valet or guest service is preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
