About the Company
We are a global virtual call center established in 2020, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida (USA). Our company specializes in translation and localization services, delivering reliable and cost-effective international direct response solutions. We partner with both startups and multinational corporations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking professionals with fluency in Russian and English (IELTS 7.5+ or certified experience as a simultaneous interpreter). Proficiency in Chinese, German, or Korean is a strong advantage.
We are also open to considering students, provided they can commit fully to the role and achieve a Language Stat test score of 80% or higher.
Responsibilities
Perform real-time interpretation of doctor–patient dialogues (via online/phone/video), ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional ethics.
Provide client support in both languages following established scripts and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with sensitive data handling protocols.
Keep concise notes/glossaries and collaborate with shift coordinators.
Participate in training sessions and quality evaluations.
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Russian and English (IELTS 7.5+ or proven experience in simultaneous/consecutive interpreting).
Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to quickly analyze and convey meaning without distortion.
High stress tolerance, empathy, and professional ethics in a medical context.
Availability to work shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (local time).
Willingness to sign an NDA and comply with internal quality protocols.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Chinese, German, or Korean.
Experience in medical interpretation and familiarity with relevant terminology.
Background in contact centers, telemedicine, or RSI platforms.
Training & Onboarding
An international trainer will conduct a comprehensive training program covering:
Medical terminology, ethics, and confidentiality
Script-based communication and interpreting techniques (simultaneous/consecutive)
RSI tools and practical communication cases
Final competency assessment and certification will be required for shift assignments. Ongoing QA sessions and glossary/procedure updates are provided.
Technical Requirements (for remote work)
Stable wired internet connection (50–100 Mbps recommended); backup connection is a plus.
Professional noise-canceling headset and quiet workspace.
PC/laptop with at least i5/Ryzen 5, 8–16 GB RAM; webcam and dual-monitor setup preferred.
Conditions
Work format: office or remote (remote option available).
Schedule: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (rotating shifts as needed).
Salary: $600–$1200 per month (depending on experience and language portfolio).
