Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations, booking inquiries, and guest requests professionally.
• Process reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Provide guests with information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales departments regarding booking arrangements.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information in the system.
• Ensure excellent customer service during telephone, email, and online communications.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservation or front office operations.
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems and booking procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work accurately and handle multiple booking requests efficiently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
