What your tasks will be:

• Organizing and executing the procurement of raw materials, equipment, supplies, and other resources required for production and office operations;

• Conducting negotiations with suppliers to secure the most favorable pricing and commercial terms; concluding and extending contracts based on requests;

• Leading negotiations and building long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and stable deliveries;

• Planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management (preferably);

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in procurement and logistics processes;

• Collaborating with production, quality control, and other departments to align procurement and logistics schedules with production needs;

• Resolving issues related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or defective deliveries;

• Planning the dispatch and collection of goods to ensure timely delivery;

• Communicating and coordinating with customs authorities;

• Maintaining documentation related to procurement, logistics, and customs processes.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in procurement (for manufacturing companies), logistics, or supply chain management for 3–6 years, preferably in the construction materials industry or a related field (international companies);

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers;

• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics support, and documentation;

• Analytical thinking (structured and critical thinking);

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively;

• Fluent in Russian and English; knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage;

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
