Construction Projects | Planning & Project Controls

UET Construction is expanding its team and invites experienced professionals to join large-scale construction Solar (PV) projects.

Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of project planning and reporting processes

• Development and maintenance of project planning and reporting methodology

• Control of integrated construction schedules, progress tracking, and deviation analysis

• Preparation of management reports (schedule, budget, KPIs)

• Interaction with design, construction, and finance teams on timelines, resources, and costs

• Analysis of construction performance, identification of risks and bottlenecks

• Participation in budget planning and cost forecasting

• Development of digital dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Optimization of planning, reporting, and project control processes

• Ensuring transparency and timely reporting for management and stakeholders

Requirements

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

• Experience in construction project planning and control

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
