Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and smooth business activities.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with department heads to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage operational budgets and control expenses effectively.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
• Handle operational issues and resolve escalated guest complaints.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate department managers and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operational standards and guest service management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple departments and operational priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English.
