About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Samarkand ( Sazagan) The role involves maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stable network operations, and safeguarding data and systems security. You will work closely with local and regional IT teams to keep systems reliable, secure, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor network hardware and software (switches, routers, firewalls, servers, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network or system incidents to ensure smooth IT operations
• Manage licenses, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely renewals and upgrades
• Monitor network traffic, security logs, and system performance
• Ensure data protection and IT security by keeping antivirus and patches up to date
• Support users at the corporate office and coordinate with plant IT teams when needed
• Participate in continuous improvement and IT process development initiatives

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or similar role
• Technical skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Cisco technologies
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and security tools
  • Experience in Network Operation Center (NOC) operations is a plus
• Soft skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Time management and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and safety awareness
