Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them upon arrival and departure.
- Open doors for guests and provide assistance with directions or general inquiries.
- Coordinate with Bellboy, Concierge, and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service.
- Assist guests with luggage handling when necessary.
- Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and security.
- Support guest transportation arrangements and taxi services.
- Maintain professional appearance and provide friendly customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and disciplined attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
