We are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and are always ready to assist our customers throughout their journey with our service. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our growing Support Team and help us build long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support regarding the company’s products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns efficiently and courteously
• Assist customers with onboarding and account verification procedures
• Support KYC processes by reviewing customer information and documentation in accordance with internal procedures
• Communicate with customers regarding verification requests and required documentation
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Finance, Compliance, and Technical Support to provide accurate guidance and solutions to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance standards
• Work on a shift rotation schedule, including weekends

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages
• Additional language skills such as Ukrainian, Kazakh, Polish, Czech, German, or Hindi will be considered an advantage
• Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in Customer Support or a similar role will be considered an additional advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Good computer literacy and basic technical skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and customer-focused approach
