Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Doorman to ensure smooth guest service.
- Deliver guest requests, messages, and items promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage and lobby areas.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements when required.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift luggage safely.
- Friendly, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and positive behavior.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
